I know I've taken quite a break from the blogging world, but I'm back! Back with resolutions. Or goals. Or whatever it is you want to call them. I think I'll stick with goals. There's a few things that I want to accomplish this year, and I thought I'd share them with you, dear reader.
1. Run a half-marathon
I successfully completed my first 10K (finished it standing on my feet and not crawling across the finish line) in September, and have kept up on my running. I may not be the best runner or a fast runner; finishing is good enough for me.
2. Try a mini-triathlon.
Just a baby one. Nothing too ambitious, but I want to see if I like doing these. Hmm...I'll need a bike. Anyone know of a place where I can get a good bike for cheap?
3. Finish writing my book.
Now this goal will probably take all year. But I want something I can try to market by the end of December.
4. Take more pictures and blog at least twice a week.
A dual goal. Pictures make blogging/documenting my life so much more fun, and let's face it: I need to be better at keeping the blog rolling!
Okay, these goals are officially documented. I'm excited to track my progress throughout the year, and keep you updated as well!

Good goals! First- running a half marathon is alot of your mentality! I ran one this past August, and it was hard! I did not train nearly enough, but you just need to keep going when you get tired! Second- I do a beginners tri in St. George. Its April 7 this year, you should come do it! It is so so much fun! I just rode a dinky bike last year and it was fine!
I dont have any resolutions! Maybe get in shape? Haha.... so lame. thats what everyone says. Since I still have a semester of school left, I am guessing I wont get my butt in gear for that until May!
My goal is to run a half marathon too! I'll probably keep it for the last few months of the year though.. I'll need that long to train!
Yay! Please keep me updated on all of your adventures! Lauren- thanks for the good advice, I may have to come consult you before I run my race.
Krys- you can do it! I'll let ya know if I have any tips/tricks after I run mine.
